u/s of ovaries **UPDATE** PAGE 2

I have a quick question, I have to go fri for a u/s of my ovaries to make sure there's not a ton of cysts or growths (I have PCOS and my free testosterone was elevated more than before) Would they be able to tell if I have ovulated recently?

abdominal as far as i know, was told to drink 32 oz of fluid an hour before so I assume abdominal

I know they can tell better with vaginal. With an abdominal, depending on the point in your cycle, they should be able to tell by the size if you're nearing/just past ovulation. They might not be able to tell if it's before or after though. However it's important to keep in mind that not every ovulation actually releases an egg (as far as I know, there's no way to tell this).

I was in the middle of my cycle when I had one and they could see a follicle in the ovary.

Only when it comes to things like wombs, ovaries etc. After thinking about it I remembered I almost fainted in school biology when they showed a video of it

ok well I had my scan but the tech didn't tell me anything

but I did see her at one point type in the word fibroid and take measurements...not sure if i should be concerned
