Ugh Asthma. And health rant.

My asthma is acting up Sorry in advance for the complaining.

I have a stuffy nose, nasty cough, headache, wheezing all that crap.

I have been taking my daily asthma inhaler, a puff here and there of my rescue inhaler, AND nebulizer treatments. THIS SUCKS I am getting so mad.

And to top off all this miserable stuff I started passing out when I took a shower this morning. I was almost done and got the ringing in the ears, black tunnel vision, shakes, sweats. So I got out of the shower and layed on the floor and it passed without making me pass out.

I feel like having a tantrum similiar to a toddler lol... because I don't get why my health has to be so bad. I am 22 years old!

I know how it feels! My allergies are awful right now so I'm miserable. And my asthma gets worse when I get indigestion, so you can only imagine how bad it was with MS...

Complain away - no one can know how it feels not to be able to breathe unless they've been there. I've been there, my friend. Feel better!!!

I know not being able to get enough air is awful. I would take any pain over that feeling. I would get hip surgery again over that feeling.

Complain away hun. My health is awefull too. Won't bore you with detail but I have spinal cord and pelvis probs.

could the passing out in the shower be because the shower was to warm and your blood pressure was low?
make sure you eat and drink more than normal sorry your not feeling to great x

Yeah the BP worries me too I am usually right around 120/80 but occasionally it dips down to 90s/50s. I am still awake and it is 4:35 am here. I think we should have the option to trade our bodies in for a version that works correctly haha.
