So sorry ms is getting you down I have a total phobia of throwing up so I do my best not do when I'm so nauseous - although it's silly because once I do I feel so much better for a while. Have you spoken to your doctor about any anti-nausea meds or tried seabands? I'm doing both since when I get overly nauseous often my anxiety kicks in and makes it worse.
Ugh me too, I really hate throwing up. I get a bit panicked as I have no control and can't breath. I have nausea constantly, but luckily don't throw up too often (a few times a week).
I keep a bowl around me, because I don't get a lot of warning, and besides it is far easier to throw up when I don't have to run to the bathroom, just lean over (gross)
Water is key! I carried a bottle everywhere with me. Just small occasional sips. I am totally freaked out by nausea and vomiting so the first 16weeks for me were dreadful.
Ginger is your best friend, eating little and often and sips of water.
I've read a recipe for nice water which has fresh grated ginger, cucumber and lime or lemon slices.
So refreshing xx
I have emetophobia, so getting sick freaks me out. I would rather have a ton of other symptoms than being sick. This is my 1st so I have no idea what to expect. I have some ginger candies and the sea bands as my back up plan.
