I had a miscarriage on 17th march 2018 and had a private consultation and u/s with an OB on 28th march. Ive just looked back on the letter which says gravida 5, para 2. My understanding is 5 pregnancies, 2 children, right? Well I've only had 4 pregnancies. What im wondering is if anyone has had an ultrasound pick up something that indicated pregnancy before missed periods etc (obviously not an embryo, but other factors)
I dont even know if thats possible. Im wondering if the OB saw something and didnt say (although im not sure why he wouldnt say anything) or if this is simply a typo.. guessing typo.. but its got my mind going!!
