We're going down to Texas for three weeks over Christmas but don't want to take our big stroller with us (would be quite a hassle on the plane) but still want to take some kind of stroller because Hannah actually likes strollers and I don't want to leave her in her carseat the entire trip (airport lineups, wait times etc.) By the time we leave she'll be 10 days shy of 5 months old, is an umbrella stroller safe for a baby of that age?

i had to look up what these look like on google! I think she'll be fine in one. They usually say from 6 months in this country and that's if they don't recline. She'll be almost 6 months and you might even be able to get one that reclines so she could sleep in it. My cousin, his wife and their 2 kids live in texas!

I think definitely she'll be fine at 5 months.

You have different kinds of them, not all of them are for older babies. :)
