Uneven let down?

Not sure if I'm describing it properly, but before my baby is due a feed my breasts feel full and start leaking... I think this is normal. Especially if she has slept for ages!

BUT- my right breast always gets a lot more tender and doesn't leak as much as my left. The left when it gets too full seems to just drain and leak, but the right doesn't seem able to do this and just gets really firm and sore to touch.

Just wondering if anyone else finds they have this, and if it is likely to cause problems like mastitis or similar cause breast doesnt drain as easily?

My LO feeds about the same on both, so she doesnt seem to notice any difference, and both feel the same after feeding.

i definately notice this myself. My left is always less full, and it tends to leak out more at night when she sleeps through the night. also, when i feel my let down while LO is on the right boob, i cant stop the left one forfm pouring out, but if she is on the left boob, i can easily stop the right boob and i dont even have to put a cloth there sometimes. I think it's normal to have a difference in boobs, i production, capacity, and even LO's preference. I find that I feed more on the right since it is always more full and seems easier to do, esp first thing in the morning.
