No knee pain here but ive had really annoying heart palpitations at night the last few weeks. So hard to get to sleep!

Oh no. I can only imagine!
I've been getting hot flashes so I see with the window cracked open and with a tiny fan. It doesn't always help. What I have the most is waking up super congested and trying to spit it out makes me so nauseous...

I sleep with a fan on too lol. I don't get as many hot flashes this time around. I would have thought id have more given my age. I had them a lot more with my 2nd and 3rd pregnancies. So odd how each pregnancy can be so very different. I didn't really have much morning sickness this time either. Well no vomiting. Just occasional queasiness.
