Unsure about more kids.

My baby is only 5 months old, so I know it's too early to even think about this, but I've PCOS so if I even want more later, I have to be on meds (metformin) this early.

Thing is I'm not sure, how do you even know if you're done or not? How did you ladies know?

I'm not sure either . I thought I did, then I didn't and then I had a surprise that was ectopic so now I feel like leaving my "child bearing years" on that note would be shite! I wish I had just dived in and had my third when my second was 18mths old or so - before I came out of the baby fog! IMO I don't think I'd regret having another but I might regret *not* having one... so helpful aren't I?!

I hear of some people saying "you know" and my sister has sold her baby stuff whereas I still have mine stored neatly away...

I've heard a lot that if you're not sure, you probably do want another child but reasons are holding you back. People regret not having a child but people don't regret the children they have.
Eta: I'm in the not sure boat too!

Mee too. I want another but age.l is a worry. Baby is 3 mths old and i have a 3 and a 4 year old. Dh would be 46 having nxt baby if we were to try again in june.
What do y'all think?

My age is also starting to be an issue (I'm 29) and it took us 6 months to conceive this baby so I'm worried about pushing it until mid 30es then it could be too late for me with all my health issues.

It's true, I don't think any mom could look back and regret having another child!
