Today is a great day ladies!! I feel like dancing in the street naked!!!! No vomiting except for first thing in morning ofcourse, full of energy barely any nausea what gives?! Lord knows I'm not complaining! I even left the house today went grocery shopping and cooked. Wow. I can't believe how good I feel. Hope this continues xx how's everyone else?

I also had a great day until like 6pm I got super dizzy and just feel off, so I'm staying at moms tonight. I don't feel like I could drive home but 2nd day of NO sickness!!!

Hi all 😃 I'm Gail and have a five year old called Megan 😃 I'm 12 weeks pregnant and am still throwing up everyday and feeling sick allllll day!! I have got anti sickness tablets off the doctor but they made me so tired, really exhausted, and I was struggling to get up with lo for school!
So for eight weeks all day every day I have felt sick and been sick, have got everything crossed it ends soon!

Hi girls! The title made me laugh!

I'm on my 3rd pregnancy. The first one I had HG. It was awful. My second to my relief I wasnt nearly so bad. I was still sick several times a day but never got to the lying in bed all day trying not to move my head stage. I'm 7+2 now and so far doing pretty good. I do feel sick all day now but am only chucking up once a day at the most. So far I wouldnt class it as HG, just worse than normal morning sickness. My first pregnancy it hit me with a vengance at about 10 weeks so I'm feeling positive about how well I'm doing but still have a niggling feeling that it could catch up with me!

Hu Bunny :wave: sounds like your hg gets less each pregnancy?

Has anyone else noticed their morning vom is the same time no matter what they do? Mine is 10am every single day. No matter what. It's really weird. Even with the clocks going back it's the old 10am so I guess now it's 9am now.

Any one know when the sickness is likely to start to settle down? I hope it will ease at 12 weeks? It went in till 16 weeks with DS so maybe it's just wishful thinking x

So I had to go to ER as I couldn't keep anything down at all, not even sips of water...
Had 2 IV bags and Diclegis for nausea.
Diclegis is not covered by my insurance so the on call doctor prescribed Phenergan for me now. Hopefully I won't get that bad again !!
Sips of liquids and spoonfuls of broth at a time, and pretty much bed rest to help feel better.
First prenatal visit tmrw morning!

I felt awful this afternoon and was sick in the evening for the first time since starting the meds and joy of joys I'm working overnight. Hoping I get some sleep as I feel like death right now.

Oh man. I feel for you. That was me a few weeks ago. I was admitted at 6.5 weeks for severe dehydration. I was given tons of fluid, zofran, gravol and maxeran (reglan). I stayed for 3 days and was only released after I was able to drink one litre of water without vomiting... I was also visited by a dietician while I was in hospital and she gave me the best advice: never eat and drink at same time. If you eat, drink 30mins later. Reason being together it increased nausea. Have Gatorade small sips often and eat a little bit often. Finally at 8 weeks im experiencing massive relief. I'm also taking diclectin and zofran on days where it's really bad... It died down a lot for me since I hope you get relief too xx

I hope you poor girls who are in a bad way are feeling better soon. Few things are worse.

laila- I discovered the not eating and drinking at the same time thing, it made a huge difference to me. I actually took to drinking very little water in the day, just tiny sips. The only time I wasnt sick was at night so I would take a bottle of water to bed with me and try and finish it by morning. I would wake up to pee and drink more water which of course meant I needed to pee again a couple of hrs later. Fustrating but it kept me out of hospital because it was the only way I could get enough liquids down.

I'm 7+4 and still coping pretty well. I have all day nausea and I'm sick sometimes but knowing how much worse it can get, I'm feeling pretty happy with how I am now. I keep getting the feeling I'm congratulating myself too soon for how well I feel but I think I must be better than last pregnancy. Last pregnancy we had to tell everyone I was pregnant at 8 weeks because it was getting impossible to hide because of how awful I felt.

Afm I am struggling the last couple of days, can't stop being sick till about 4ish then I just feel sick. Am going back to see doc today so I'm hoping they don't fob me off again. Starting to feel worn down with it going on so long now.

Each day is an adventure! Just nausea yesterday...I was sure to eat and drink/have ice pops every few hours which really helped.
I also slept a lot this weekend, which helps tremendously.
Today nausea is pretty bad but I also am nervous for my prenatal appt in about 2 hours!

Wannabemomy sounds like your doing much better hun I hope today's nausea passes quick for you and Angel

Gp has put me on domperidone and said it's a last attempt after this I have to go to hospital to see gynaecology specialist as I'm still only 11 weeks the pregnancy unit won't see me. she seemed to think they would have stronger tablets to help.

I'm feeling pretty crap in fairness
I'm Rebecca 23 have 1 son who's nearly 6 and had several mcs and recent chemical.. I had nothing with my son at all .. but I had HG with a mc hospitalized with ketones and on a drip.. But this time around it hit at 6 weeks and has been on and off but I think I'm doing okay so far except feeling miserable and tired .. I'm sick water/bile every morning without fail and then I can be several times through the day if not it's nausea lingering badly.. on good days it'll be sick first thing then feel better by mid day .. not found much to help unfortunately only polos sucking on them seems to help me a bit and fresh air takes the edge off for a bit..

After being smug about how well I felt yesterday today has not been a great day. I haven't actually thrown up but spent half the day heaving over the toilet.
