UPDATE! 12 week 2 days ultrasound any gender guesses?

I'm not good with the nub theory and I can't see it from the ultrasound or I don't know what I'm looking at lol. Skull theory is confusing me as well. Heart rate is 163bpm but our daughters was always around 140-145bpm. Chinese gender predictor says this is a girl but with daughter it said boy and was wrong?
