Oh you are so brave, I hope everything goes ok, I am thinking of you. xx

I too have just seen this now and can't possible go without writing something.

Firstly, I am truly sorry for the pain and anguish you have and are going through, as no person deserves to go through such a terrible ordeal and I wish you a speedy recovery both physically and emotionally.

Secondly, I am a survivor or a different kind of cancer (what I would call a minor type of skin cancer) and thank God have been clear of it for the last 5 years. I've always had a positive outlook and just sort of got on with it, ignoring how serious it could have been, invisibly crossing my fingers and carrying on with life in a 'business as usual' type of way.

I think mine might have been easier to cope with because it was just a spot that I had removed and not a major operation, so I wouldn't dream of comparing it with your situation. However, it's a good example of getting rid of the rogue cells as you have just done.

The loss you have experienced is another matter and will take a while to adjust to, so I am hoping the positive side of your nature kicks in quickly to help you find peace of mind and move onward and upwards. You are truly blessed with two children, so there are lots of positives already in your life that will hopefully help you focus on the good things.

I didn't quite make it in the TTC stakes as I ran out of eggs basically (I'm now 47), but I gave it a go. My own outlook is that I may not have children, but I have my health and have been given a second chance.

For you, in the future hopefully you will see that you too have been given a second chance and I wish you a happy, healthy and very long life with your family and friends. They are all so lucky you are in the World for you have already brought so much happiness to them and now you can continue to do so, when you find your feet again.

Every best wish and a massive :hugs:

Sincerely,

Tish x

Well Ladies , The Dr. has called today to give me my results from the Lymph Nodes they tested and ALL IS CLEAR!!!:happydance::happydance:
Talk about a pressure lifted off of me, I have so scared deep down that it was going to come back and I was going to have to have chemo. I will still have to be monitored every 6 months!

I am just sitting here in tears:cry: I didnt realize how much I was so scared.
I tried not to let it show and have been trying to keep my mind on other things.
I AM OK, thank you GOD!!:happydance::happydance:

THANK YOU for all you who have prayed for me, you don't know how much it means to have good vibes coming my way!:hugs:
Hope you are all doing good:hug:

Oh honey!! This is WONDERFUL! :hugs: Im so glad you are okay!!!

Thinking of you.. xx

Ive missed you!!!!

Oh hun, thats such good news. I can relate to how you feel having been through a cancer scare myself. After my little one was born I had a womb the size of a 12 week pregnancy, it took them 7 weeks and countless d&c's and still no answer. I went in for a hysterectomy age 22, thankfully they only took an ovary as I had a tumour of borderline malignancy. They cut me upwards in case it had spread to the lymph nodes, likewise it was all clear. This was 7 years ago hun and although I'm checked annually, everything has been fine.
It's times like that that you realise how strong you really are.

And, you've been a wonderful support on here too so thank you for that and I think it's lovely that you will stay to support others, I feel much the same way which is why 3 months on I'm still here too x

I can't believe I have missed all this in the past couple of weeks Rach. I'm so pleased to hear that you have been given the all clear. I hope that you cope well over the next few weeks when I'm sure the whole thing will start to dawn on you properly. It has all happened so quickly, I don't think you've had an opportunity to digest it properly. Please keep on here for support/advice. Thanks for support you have given on here too xx
