upper back pain

Bah! Hurts so much I know I need a new bra but the pain is only when I lay in bed and it doesn't matter how I lay! Its making me craz y! Any tips? I also tried going to bedvwith and without bra/ sports bra

I get this now... Like a stabby pain where my bra strap would be... It sucks... I just have a shower with the warm water on my back... That's all I can reli do to help
