ureaplasma anyone??

i just started antibiotics for it and my doctor thinks this was probably the cause of our miscarriages. theres not a lot of info about it on the web and some of it is conflicting, but i just want to know that its going to work for us to carry a baby to term once the resolve this issue. i cant find any success stories... just peoples terrible stories of infertility and preterm labor

I am having the same issue as you. I can not get pregnant due to the Ureaplasma, I have been on two rounds of antibiotics and have read the horror stories of people with ureaplasma. I am see a reproductive endo on Tuesday and hopefully I will get some good news!

I'm petrified

I've been ttc for 4 and a half years. Just took first round of letrozole and it worked, only to end up with vulva soreness and to have a swab at the fetitilty clinic and they told me just now that i have this ureaplasma!!!!!! He wants me to take antibiotics but i have myasthenia and it's dangerous. Oh god, i just don't know what to do. We were so full of hope that it was just a bit of thrush and i now feel a lot better and so we bd'd yesterday as i'm ovulating today or tomorrow and now i have this bombshell....

Can anyone please please tell me what to do?????? Do i take the antibiotics??? What side effects did you get???? Did it clear it up?? Did you get pregnant???
