Urgent question

I have been reading all this stuff about Clomid, was going to go to my GP tonight and see if I can get some (been ttc for a while now), was about to start using CBFM as soon as appears (6 days late but 3 ), I hoping appears this weekend at least, but not sure I should ask for Clomid whilst starting with the monitor. Maybe I should do 1 cycle with monitor and when I see gynae in July ask them about going on Clomid??

Your help would be much appreciated, before I make the appointment this afternoon!!!

How long have you being TTC hun? Do you have any cycle problems. I know some GPs prescribe Clomid but alot won't, leaving it to the specialists

Have you had a negative test for ovulation? I know that my GP won't prescribe it anyway as in our PCT the specialists have to do it but even if they could I don't they would give it to you unless there was proof that you weren't ovualting because of the risk of hyperstimulation and multiple pregnancy.

Mmmmmm thats the thing, I dont know if Im ovulating, had my coil out in Oct 08, never had any probs at all conceiving beofe (got 4, youngest 12), Im late with this cylce although I thought they were back to normal, obviously not!!!

I don't see that you'd be prescribed with anything if they haven't done any OV tests etc Best to wait to speak with your gynae re. next steps

Yep thats what Im gonna do......Im finding myself clutching at anything and everything at the moment and its not a nice feeling......so gonna wait for the P start the monitor and take it from there.....most of all gonna try and chill out its consuming my life lately!!!
