Using one family name over the other?

OH and I both like Marie as a middle name for our baby girl, its his grandmother's name and goes well with the name we have chosen (Arianna). BUT I am worried about my family being upset about us using a name from his family and not mine, its not because we dont care, that name just fits well, my mother had suggested Christina because its her middle name and my grandmothers name, but because both Arianna and Christina end in an "A" I dont think it flows well.

What do you guys think?

I think Arianna Marie Christina Stokes sounds good. I would have whatever you want, its not often you use your full name anyway.

Or maybe you could use the initials M and C to choose other names, that way you are kind of honoring your family members?

Well i like Arianna Christina / Arianna Christine (your mom would probably be ok with you dropping the "a"?) Actually prefer this over Arianna Marie, since pretty much everyone my age has either Marie or Ann as their middle name...

Arianna Marie Christina Stokes also sounds nice & would be a great way to honor both sides of the family...
