Using OPK to detect HCG....please don't think I'm being silly

This 2ww is really getting to me...and I've been trying to find stuff to do to pass the time. 'Stuff' of course, unfortunately centers around the main question..am I or am I not pregnant? You see, I've been trying to conceive for a while...went through many tearful months of negatives, had surgery to remove endo....had two failed IUIs etc. Anyways, I posted my FRER in a previous thread, where I got a + 12 days post trigger shot. Anyhow, today I was naughty again (really can't stay away from testing) and tried out an OPK that I had lying around. Lo and behold...the second line came out almost instantaneously. I am sitting at 12 dpo now. Does my OPK detect the HCG in my system?

I also tested with cheap OV tests when i was testing with some cheap preg tests (only cos i had never used OV tests before & was curious!) & they all came out BFP. That was a few days before AF was due.

Why don't you do a digi? from what I understand the trigger shot should be out your system by now and by both the tests, ov and hpt i would say you will get a posistive!

i got positives on opk when i was preg x

Yesterday morning and this mornng i got Positive OPK's on CD26 i dont know what possed me to try them but i did, and 1 hour ago i did a preggers test and its a BFP...so hopes to you x

I got positive OPKs too. Good luck and get a real one to be sure though as it's not totally reliable!

Wooo hooo, that's a mighty dark OPK for this time of your cycle. Toes are crossed for you chickie - if you lived next door, down the street, or even across town I would drive you to the drug store myself and buy the test for you! Good luck and please keep us updated.

the green test on my pic is a opk that i did for something to do at 12 dpo and the test line came up be for the outher then did 4 hpts after ad i was preg good luck
