i started charting bbt on CD3 and have ordered opks that will be here on wednesday.im excited that i have finally gotten my first period 10 weeks after mirena removal so that i can now keep track of all this.But do both combined tell me the exact day i ovulate?
i know how to use and opk and that it tells me when ovulation is coming soon with a positive.but with bbt charting do i get a temp spike when its over,about to start,or the day im ovulating?
