Uterus fullness?

I know this isn't in my head, but I'm experience ... weird kind of cramping, or tightness, kinda fullness in my uterus. I've also been feelin random bouts of dizziness (which could be totally unrelated)

Any ideas?

Your uterine lining has been preparing for pregnancy since CD1 so it probably is full of bloody lining.
