Uterus more retroverted in second pregnancy?

I'm feeling like my uterus is tipped further this time.. they've had a harder time doing sonograms and keep telling me how it's tipped, which I think I only heard once in my first pregnancy... Curious if anybody knows anything about it?

Also have an anterior placenta again this time, wondering if that is typical of a retroverted uterus... Thanks!
