Valerian?

Does anyone know if its ok to take valerian while TTC? Perhaps stopping it when you get BFP?

I only know that you can't take it when pregnant. The baby won't share your blood stream until about 6 weeks so it may be safe until a BFP but personally, I would play it safe. Knowing how my head works I would be concerned for a long time if I drank Valerian and got pregnant b/c when pregnant it's easy to worry.

Ask your gyno though, they may say it's fine.
