Variants on the name Kathleen

Can any of you ladies give me some variants on the name Kathleen?

For number 3 I would love to honour my late grandmother whose name was Kathleen. Unfortunately I don't really like the name enough and would like to try and find something similar instead.

Any thoughts?

My Mom's name is Kathlyn, which you never hear. She was Kathy through high school, but has been Kathlyn her whole adult life. I'm bias, but I think it's a beautiful name!

I also thought of Katalina, which is really pretty. Or why not use Katherine?

Thank you ladies. I have toyed with using Kaitlyn but I'm not "in love" with it so don't think I will.

I wanted to use my mum's name as her middle name but my mum has actually said it would mean much more to her for my nanny's name to be in there instead, so maybe I'll use Kathleen as her middle name.

So back to the drawing board maybe! My problem is I absolutely adore my boys' names and I feel we need to choose a name (boy or girl) that lives up to theirs.

Katherine Lena? Katherine can be shortened to Katie or Kitty for a little girl.
