Positive ish (IC) opk today at 2pm but both DH and I are feeling awful after a ridiculously heavy dinner at friends last night and far far too much wine. Also DH may have to work late. And the inlaws are here tonight.
It's certainly not looking good for a bit of baby making this eve.
Would tomorrow eve be ok!?!

I thought the egg only survives 12-24 hours?

I think it's because the egg doesn't pop until 24h or something after the +opk? Am googling!
