Any vegetarian or vegan ladies out there? I have been vegetarian since I was a teen, was vegan for a while, but not I'm lacto-ovo.
The biggest thing for me is being on top of my protein and also finding the perfect supplements since so many are in gel caps. Also ignorant people telling me I should eat meat or I won't get preggers!
