I really liek the looks of a bird cage veil.....it's more of a hair accessorie and covers face just to the chin....
but also like the looks of a regular veil....mainly for pictures of bride and groom under veil kissing...so cute.

I've been online dress shopping...but have no idea what kind of dress I want....
Guess I should try a few on...LOL

I wasn't going to have a veil as I thought they were a bit old fashioned. My dress looked ok without one but they lady asked if she could try one on me and as soon as she put it on I burst into tears. I instantly felt more like a bride and it didn't look old fashioned at all, in fact I think it finished off my dress perfectly.

This was me at my first fitting just before they pinned me in. Without a veil.

I was going to have 126" cathedral veil as my dress was rather slinky and would have looked like an evening dress rather than a wedding dress BUT I got pg and had to swap the slinky fantail skirt for an A-line so now I have a rather smaller and very much more me fascinator with birdcage veil...this one in fact..but with ivory veil
