very confused-positive digital opk at 6dpo?

i think i ovulated 6 days ago, lots of EWCM/ovulation pain but no positive OPK's which i started on CD6.

I've been having lots of symptoms, then last night i had the nastiest pain from pubic bone to right hip only lasted a few minutes but not pleasant when driving!

then this morning a got a smiley face on the CB digital OPK! when i look at it the opk it doesn't look quiet as dark as the line, maybe just a slither of the line is.

I've also been temping the last few days and this morning my BBT was 36.7 compared to yesterdays 36.1

I have a regular 26/27 day cycle, so i'm currently on CD18.

completely confused.

any ideas what going on? TIA
