Hey guys,

I already posted about this before but im still so confused.

If you have missed your period then how do you know when your ovulating?

what sort of thing should i be looking out for??

If you have missed your period then you could be pregnant. Have you tested?

Well before you ovulate you usually get egg white cervical mucas which tells you you are in your fertile period so its time to and once you've ovulated this usually dries up. x

If you've missed your period, but not pregnant, then you didn't miss it, you ovulated late. You need to know what's the length of your LP to count back from the day when you do get your period to find out when you ovulated that cycle. If you tend to have irregular cycles, then you could use OPK, check your CM and chart BBT to pinpoint O day.
