Very light bleeding instead of af?

Just wondering if anyone else had similar experience and what the outcome was.

I got my usual pre af spotting 2 days ago which was right on time as af is due today. It was the same as it always is brown blood with a bit of red blood. AF always starts first thing on the third morning in full force, very heavy. Today I have only had even lighter spotting than the previous days and now its pretty much stopped all together. Anyone have any ideas?? The only thing different this month is taking vitex.

I would say it might be implantation spotting but it could also be the vitex changing your cycle. I hope its the ib how many dpo are you?

I am 14dpo today which would be late for ib I think. Just weird that it's now stopped and I don't know if that's it or if it's going to start again properly.

Some women dont experience their ib until af is due it can dometimes take a while to make its way out so you are still in with a chance
