Hi all, I'm after some advice really. I had my mirena coil for 4 years. Before that I had normal periods and was also spotting all the time. The coil stopped the bleeding and made my periods super light and far apart. Excellent at the time but now after a year with it out I'm having regular cycles but my AF is always really light. I mean, it looks more like spotting and I can normally get away with just liners rather than pads.
I went to my GP and she said it was fine but she could do 21 day bloods to check I'm ovulating. Didn't need to go as I got a BFP that month but unfortunately mc at 9 weeks. She made me feel really stupid for asking so I haven't been back.
So....my question is....has anyone had anything similar to this? I just wonder if this is having an effect as surely a quality uterus lining is important?!
