VERY positive, but out of time.... *update, af showed up*

I took the test, it didnt come up in 2 mins so I threw it out but checked it 15 mins later,I know thats really bad but you know what its like!

Now, I know clear blue are reknowned for this, and Ive had this before, btu this is SUCH a CLEAR CLEAR bfp, when it happend before they were very faint and/or thing and its obvious on inverted aswell.

What do you think?

crikey, I would say that was a BFP if ever I saw one, even if it is slightly out of time!!

if it was only 15 mins later, then thats fine, it has colour, its not grey, so def not an evap, I would say test again in the morning to be sure, but looking good hun!!

Thank you. The frustrating thing is, it might well have come up 5 or 10 mins afterwards, but I didnt go back to it untill about 15 minutes later.

I just did a FRER though and it was BFN. How comfusing, I keep looking at the clear blue and its such a clear BFP part of me believes it this time.

I know how how frustrating clear blue are....ive had so many evaps on those things its unreal, but today ive done one and clearly bfn...but faint bfps on superdrug tests, ive gotta say pink dye tests are better i just really want to see a clear strong result on a clear blue for once cause all that seems to be about those tests is uncertainty.

Clear Blue's are heart breaking! I had lines just like yours but I was definitely NOT pregnant. Stick to Dollar Store ones or anything with pink dye. Test again in a few days if your AF isn't here. Hope you get your BFP soon!

Well..... this is a little embarassing, but here goes; I did another clear blue... then 2 sainsburys ones AND a FRER. They were all negative.

I was so convinced by that clear blue aswell. The only thing I can think is I took that test with a morning wee and the others were much later in the day. Perhaps thats why, but Im not sure.

I have a clear blue and a FRER to do 1st thing tomorrow morning, and whatever they say (well whatever the FRER says) I shall take as Gospal.

that is what mine looked like.. and I threw mine away too.. slightly pissed off at the beginning.. when I went back about 15 minutes later it was a positive.. confused I went and got a first response one.. where you get 2 lines if you are preggo!.. and they both came up right away! expecting my first in about 9 weeks YAY

I would definitley take the FRER first in the am. My false positive Clear Blue Easy had a nice thick line like yours and blue in color. I had 3!!!!!! that showed up like that and i really thought i was preggo but sadly nope, just bad tests. It wasn't a chemical pregnancy either

I took a test the day I was supposed to get my monthly visitor and it showed up negitive. and then 3 days later I took one again seeing as I had missed it and it showed up like that.. after I took a look at it again in the garbage can about 15 minutes later.
the reason why I threw it out right away was because I was pregnant with twins back in 2007 and it came up so strong right away and early. I guess because it was twins? Im not sure so I just expected the same results this time.
Unfortunatly I lost them at 14 weeks due to ttts
