Made last night and am quite impressed with myself! OH insists it could be shop bought, bless him!
So, here's a pic (recipe below):

You will need:
4 medium eggs
Stork (of equal weight to 4 eggs)
SR Flour (of equal weight to 4 eggs)
Caster sugar (of equal weight to 4 eggs)
Cocoa powder
150g Butter
Icing Sugar
300g Milk Chocolate
Recipe:
The cake:
Beat 2 of the eggs until fluffy, add half of the caster sugar and whisk together followed by half of the flour. Then add half of the Stork and whisk until mix is light and fluffy. Add 1 cup of cocoa powder and mix.
Pour mixture into a well greased baking tin and leave for 25-35 minutes on gas mark 5 (190deg in electric oven or 170deg for fan assisted).
Repeat above for second half of cake.
Chocolate Buttermilk:
Add icing sugar, butter and cocoa powder and mix to taste. Then melt 50g of milk chocolate and add to mixture. Mix together thoroughly (it may go lumpy and bitty so add more butter and mix until smooth). Apply to top of cake base when sponge has fully cooled.
Chocolate Icing:
Melt 250g of milk chocolate with 100g of butter and mix... it will begin to go thick and fudgey. Take off the heat and leave for a few seconds to settle before applying to the top of the cake.
Et, voila! Fatter thighs
