Vicks vapor rub safe?

Anyone know if Vicks vapor run is safe to use during the first tri? I'm feeling a headache coming on and I've rubbed some Vicks on my temples and around my eyebrows. It's working so far, a little bit.

I've no idea, but I've heard eucalyptus oil is amazing if rubbed on the feet.

I was in same suitation and asked my midwife on Wednesday and she said its fine to use and great to use if u have a blocked nose!
