Since Sunday night I noticed my daughter was giving off the smell of vinegar. Then just a few hours ago when I went to kiss her I realized it was coming from her mouth!
I've never had this happen before, and she really doesn't seem to be in a lot of discomfort or anything. She is a little gassy but that's all, she's been eating as normal.
what could it be? I'm worried
