Hello ladies! I haven't been on here in about a month as I'm almost certain I had a CP last month and decided to stay away from forums and stressing about TTC.
I did, however, start taking Vitamin B6 in the beginning of this cycle and wanted to give those who are thinking about trying it a warning as I didn't do my research about this until after it happened to me. I have attached my chart in case anyone wants to take a peak.
My cycles are usually 29-31 days long and I ovulate on CD15-CD17. I was sick with a stomach bug for 24 hours which is why there are a couple temps missing and one that is way high.
Anyways, after no sign of O... no cramping which is always there days before I O, no CM... I decided to do some research to see if the B6 was causing a delayed O and sure enough, it has done it to other women.
As you see, I am now 5DPO when I should be getting AF tomorrow! I don't mind because I was out of town when O normally would have arrived and as you see on my chart, SO and I were able to BD on pretty good days.
(Which was NOT planned as I had NO idea when/if O was going to actually arrive since it was so late)
O didn't arrive until a couple days after stopping the B6. After my temp rise, I started a B-Complex which I found out is much better than just B6 by itself.
Just a bit of info for those who may be going through the same thing or those who maybe want to try Vitamin B6 to help their LP. I'll update this thread in a couple weeks to let you know if the B-Complex did indeed help and if, FX, I had a sticky bean.
