Vitamin C to induce period?

Hi all,
I know there was an old thread on this but i can't find it!!
I'm currently on cd43 and no ovulation! No sign that ovulation is on the way and no sign of AF!! I've searched the internet but can't find any firm info on whether taking vitamin c works to bring your AF on, and also in which dose??
Thought you lovely ladies would be the best people to ask!!x

Well girls looks like vitamin c doesnt work for everyone
Took 3000mg yesterday at about 3pm and still nothing!! Had awful cramps and back pain but had that anyway for past week or so!
Just wanna be put out of my misery now!
