Is anyone taking it?

At my booking appointment the midwife said they now recommend that women take this but I can't remember how much she said to take/what strength etc.

I've struggled to find it but stumbled across some today in Savers. It's 12.5ug in strength.

Have I got the right stuff?

Thanks

My doctor had told me to take an extra vitamin D supplement as it turned up that I was low after my blood work was done. She told me to take 2000 mg per day.

In the uk they recommend 10ug. Maybe ask your doc/midwife if that dose is ok?

2000mg seems a huge dose, that must be an individual recommendation (assuming you also mean micro grams and not milligrams!).

I take a over the counter vitamin d supplement. D3 2000 iu a day.
