vitamins etc

Hi

I should know all this from trying last time but i've forgotten it all... Can advise what vits to give your guy to help make his fish's strong! I know i need to be taking folic acid for a few months prior. Last time i had my other half on Zinc (i think) and something else...

Zinc is a goodie for him and multi vitamins too

Hi there,

Yes I heard that zinc is a good one for men. If you are from the UK Pregnacare do a good preconception Vitamin which has all you need. My doc told me to stop taking regular vits as they contain vitamin A which is not good for babies.

Thanks for your replies.

I used to take pregnacare when trying for Jacob but it's quite expensive! so after a while i bought vits in bulk which where much cheaper! i just took folic acid as i eat quite a good diet anyway but for my OH i made him take quite a few. There was one which began with an S... gonna see if i can find it in a health shop.
