    Hi girls

I am expressing breast milk for Ollie due to not being able to breastfeed and just wondered if anyone can suggest any good vitamin/supplements to take while doing so.

I also wonder if there is anything I can do to try and increase milk supply, I am expressing 4 times a day and get approx 8oz per go so I am doing well, Ollie feeds about 8 times per day and is doing well also.

    Thanks for the advice xx

Pregnacare do a vitamin aimed at breastfeeding mums. I think it's the same as their one for pregnant women but with added calcium and omega 3

    I am taking a prenatal/postnatal multivitamin.

Fenugreek, oatmeal, fennel or raspberry leaf tea can help your supply.

I take the same vitamins I did while I was pregnant as I still have a lot left. I also take 1000mg of calcium because I am on a no dairy diet
like venusrockstar says, fenugreek, oatmeal, and drink TONS of water, but 8oz a go is good :)
