vitamins that help sperm get to the EGG!

I just received my SA back and to my surprise it was pretty good, expect for the volume. PHEW!

can someone give me a list of some vitamins that helped all around, I was thinking fertilaid but it is a little pricey for me...

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!

If you can't find any vitamins, have you tried sperm friendly lubricant? Lots of women get pregnant using it, it makes an ideal environment for the sperm to swim in so it might be great if it's just the volume that is a problem.

Yes Ive been using Preseed, I really like it

Our FS recommends Wellman/ Wellwoman Conception. DH also takes zinc and other stuff (check out my blog)
