I suffered 2 chemicals in a row since we started ttc 2 months ago.
My progesterone was low and my uterine lining thin, so I was told to take progesterone after ovulation next cycle.
I also heard great things about vitex re. Progesterone and hormones.
I had to quit hormone regulating meds between Aug. and October and am still suffering hormone related hairloss from it and a bit of acne, I feel Vitex could really benefit my hormones.
I am in a rush to conceive because I paused my lyme disease treatment.
Once pregnant my lyme almost disappears.
My progesterone is likely low due to still breastfeeding a lot (15 times a day). I am trying to get my toddler to cut down but he has developed a special type of clinginess since a medical accident happened to me 2017.
