Has anyone ever had a problem?
Reason being i have been taking red clover blossom for a while on he susunweed site it says if not conceived aftrr a while to use vitex. I only have a 10 day lp and had a few cycles with no o. Only a few. I have also had a few cycles were i spotted early for a few days before af. So i thought vitex would be ideal.
Last cycle had my 21 day test. (Ignore prev post it was done on the right day) and my progesterone level was 12. I am having to do another blood test this cycle.
So i am just wondering is there a chance the vitex messed me up should i stop taking it as i heard its not for everyone. I just dont want to do the wrong thing. The red clover helped me.conceive my son.
Also read it can help increase prog so dont know. Ideas?
