Vitex=WOW

Since DS birth and my MC my cycles have been 42days. I take vitex the first month and my cycle goes to 28days. And my flow was normal I also suffer with a thin lining. So wow, worth a try.

Thanks for the information. I've noted it down fo future reference. My cycles are also very long so now I'm trying soy isoflavanes and got a positive opk on cd14. Will see how this cycle works for me but might try vitex on the future.

I take two tablets. So 2000mg. And period wasn't as painful and my PMS wasn't as bad. The long cycles really pissed me off. So I said I'd try it.

Long cycles flipping suck! Mine are 35-60 days! Generally around 42 as well.

DS is nearly one, I taught they'd eventually even out but they weren't. So I said I'd try vitex well worth it.
