Vitex????

ok i need some advice. i was taking vitex for about a week. i heard awesome things about it, my cycle is regular, it wasnt in the past but it has been for the past couple of years. i am ttc #1 and want to up the sucess rate. but then i heard that it could mess up your cycle if your regular. has any one ever had any experience with vitex

I have. I am still taking it. The only thing is, I started out very irregular because of PCOS. It has given me a 28 day cycle. I wish I could help you in regards to beginning it with a regular cycle. What I can recommend for you is Maca. That gives the reproductive system a huge boost and I O on it with PCOS and women with PCOS normally do not O on their own.

If you look into Maca and like it...spend the money and get it from a good organic store so you know you are getting a good product. I recently ordered some I got off of Amazon and it was terrible. I got the same exact brand from an organic market and it was fabulous. Good luck. And please look into it. It is phenomenal

I also recommend maca! This is my 2nd cycle on it. It lengthened my LP (from <9 to currently 13) and I have had no spotting so far.
