well heres m story so far girls i have a mmc in august last year ans no period ever since after months and months of convincing my doctor i needed to see a gye i finally got my appointment and seen him he is running various tests and he also told me i need to loose weight ive been trying i realy have i just feel at the end of my strenght now all i want is my periods back ive not lost much weight and i dont want him to send me away tell me to loose weight and give me an appointment for another 8 months becuase he thinks im too overweight for chlomid does anyone have any advice on what i could say to him or suggest to him ??

I'm sorry hun. I don't have much advice, but I will say I was put on clomid while overweight. I was Oing before the clomid though...not sure if that was the case with you. I don't know how much you weigh, but I was about 235 when I was put on clomid, but maybe that's why I'm not not preggo yet.

Ask him for something to start your period and ask him to check for pcos. I would also say ask him to look at your thyroid as bother that and pcos can affect your weight. I started taking phentermine to lose weight which is just an appetite supressant and I've lost 48lbs. My gyno and fs know that my pcp prescribed it for me and it doesn't affect fertility. I researched it myself to find that people started taking it to lose weight for fertility and a lot have fallen pregnant on it after weight loss.

That's all I can really think of right now.

everything was normal before my mmc i am 5ft 7 and about 18st i just dont want him to start fobing me of when i get there i no i need to loose weight i just want some help from him aswell ive had all the tests done for pcos and things i get the results when i go back i realy want him to prescribe me clomid thanks for your reply girls xx

Just tell him what you want point blank. If he strays, keep him on track, sometimes with these doctors we need to push our instincts of what is right. Go girl!
