Waiting again

Hello all. I guess this is a new forum for me. We conceived for the first time back in August. Blighted ovum missed miscarriage in the beginning of October. Misoprostal storted some bleeding but no tissues until about a week later. Monitored HCG all the way down to zero which started at 40,000+ and took two months to come back down. So Nov 22 had some bleeding with some tissue and counted that as AF, then started LH monitoring at home 11 days later (the same day my HCG was 2). "Negative" result with the signal lightening and lightening every single day for several days, so I thought maybe I missed ovulation or something?! Then about 21 days after what I thought was AF, started with EWCM so tested LH and positive. DTD and now waiting 2 weeks to POAS, but im wondering if that wasn't really AF and if not, is it a problem if we conceive without an AF in between.

I log everything on Fertility Friend and when I logged AF on Nov 22, i was shocked to find that this whole thing cost us 105 days. UGH

I'm sorry fo your loss and the delay in trying again. I hate thinking of all the time "wasted" from a loss too. Conceiving without an AF in between shouldn't be an issues many women conceive n their first ovulation after a birth as well without having had an AF sometimes for years.
