I did my trigger shot (Gonal f with TI) on Tuesday at 130p. I just reached my 48 hr mark and i am already panicking because I dont feel my ovulation cramps like I did before. All i have is low dull cramps on the left where my big follie (21) was and on the right barely anything (2 follies 17 & 18).
I did 250 of ovidrel and spilled some of it (at 730a) at 130p that same day my doc gave me another dose this time full 250. Because of this I was thinking my O time would be slightly off?
My doc said i can come in tomorrow for blood work to confirm ovulation and Monday again for my P4. I am going to take progesterone because last month my level was 9 which is too low.
I've only been trying for 8 months and this is my second gonal f cycle after 3 failed clomid. I promised myself no opks or early testing. Trying for once to stay calm
