waking 2 hours after feeds - any advice

Hi, Mu LO is on a 4hourly feeding routine, but he seems to wake up consistantly after 2 hours, cries, nothing settles him other than some huge, then he drops off and wakes up about 30 min before his feed crying again but this time rooting, so I know he wants his feed.
why is he waking up after 2 hours, every time?!
I swtiched him from cow and gate to aptimel 2 days ago to see if it made a difference and it didnt!
any help?
he is 4 weeks old and drinks around 90 mland sometimes 120 ml at every feed.

it might be that he needs feeding more frequently. go with it, see how he does. you might be rewarded with him sleeping a little longer at night if he eats more frequently in the day

Perhaps offer him 120 at every feed and see if he takes it. He could be hungry...Also are you getting a good burp out of him? Could be he has wind....Some baby's just want feeds closer together.

Jake does this too hun,I just go with it although it can get really annoying and Im thorwing away alot of milk that he seems to want and then changes his mind,I think sometimes its down to him having abit of trapped wind or being overtired can sometimes set him off,sometimes I just make up a 2oz feed as I know that he will just use it to doze off with.xx
