Waking herself up

When Grace is asleep she often wakes herself up by throwing her arms up. I've tried swaddling her but she wakes up because when she's moved her arms they've been stuck!! Any advice??

nothing i can suggest hun, she will grow out of it hun

Tabs is the smae,hates her arms being tucked down,she sleeps with them over her head. Sometimes she does that reflex thing and whacks herself in the face. i use a muslin just draped over her arms and slightly tucked in so she still has freedom to move them but not so startling when they do.
