Oh sweetie :hugs: Know how you feel. After 2 mc's and ttc for so long, it's a really hard thing to do. I couldn't even shop online for one present, ended up giving a friend some money to get a joint gift. Another friend is due next week and then my sister in a few months' time and I'm getting nervous about shopping for gifts. You want to welcome the new babies but it's still hard not to get upset. I hope you don't mind but just checked out your previous posts to see how things have been going for you, and after all you've been through I'm surprised you have ended up being the one to organize the shower! Can someone else give you a hand? It must be so tough xx

I can't stand wal-mart anymore. I rarly go with DH unless i need something. The people drive me nuts because parents cant control they're kids and they like to ram up your ass and think its funny, than people wont move out of the way even when you elbow them. Pregnant woman and babies everywear. I ca't take it anymore. I totally feel you.

And, for the baby shower my best friend had one and I chose not to go or get her anything. Sounds wrong but after ttc so hard and loosing the pregnancies are not easy for dealing with.

I can't stand it either, but I have to go... it is the closest place that is actually affordable where I live. So sorry for all of us that have to go through that....

Oh honey.... :hugs:

Walmart is a huge PITA, and so is shopping for someone else's baby shower. I know after my MC I've become completely cynical and a wee bit nasty about having to encounter baby things as a constant reminder to what I don't have and desperately want. Only just recently the clucky side of me reappeared and I've started taking an interest in these things again.

It'll be ok. Your miracle will happen. :dust:

:hugs: I had to do that a few months ago twice for my cousins. I can't wait until I can buy all of the stuff I bought for myself.

awww. Next time just give your OH or your mom your credit card and have her order something so you don't have to think about it. :hugs:
