i am trying to concive i done today ultrasonography o follicular study tvs

my report

11th day
right overy 14x13 mm
left ovary 13x10 mm
endometrium thickness 06mm
remarks minimal free fluid in the pod

please suggest me what happening can i have a chance to get pregnent this is my fourth year my marriage
