Watery Cm

So I was out to dinner with DH and his family....and bent down to pick up my nephew's napkin from the floor...and felt a "whoosh" and wetness that I usually only feel if like (tmi) I am on my period and a clot lets go....

I went to the bathroom and no blood. There was a large amount of discharge tho, like someone had taken a teaspoon of water, and poured it into my panties. I put on a pantyliner and went back to dinner....any thoughts. I am irregular, but *think* I am about 12 dpo, and we've been NTNP for almost 7 months.

We're actually thinking of trying soy isoflavins....can anyone tell me if you can take it if you don't get a period, to prompt ovulation, and a period next cycle? I'm so irregular.

i get like this but but they say, i think, that when you are ovulating you get creamy CM and after youve ovulated its watery. i think thats what it is anyway.

i am very irregular but went to a health shop and asked about soy inflavones, and there meant to be for menapause and the lady for reccommended i didnt take them, and to take agnus castus instead and evening primrose tablets too as thats meant to regulate your cycles, tho a lot of women on here take soy i personally wouldnt x

I am 12dpo today and I've had this since about 7dpo I think maybe 8 or 9, it seems like I've had it for ages to be honest! xx
